I’m a wife, follower of Jesus and health enthusiast! My goal is to boldly share the love of Christ and how God has designed us to live fully, both spiritually and physically.
Holy

Hello, I’m Kathryn!
I grew up in church and hearing about Jesus. I was the girl that invited everyone to youth group and youth camp. I taped scriptures on the inside of my closet, shared new testament bibles at school and went on mission trips. Yet, I had no idea my identity in Christ nor did I know Jesus intimately. I attended East Carolina University where I studied to become a news reporter. It was during my time at ECU that I realized how far I had drifted from God. I partied and found my identity in being social and liked by everyone. Despite feeling like there was a chasm between myself and God, I journaled, prayed and often read devotionals. Yet nothing in my life changed. My heart felt empty, like something was missing. Upon graduating from college I took a job as a news reporter and got engaged to my college boyfriend. Everything was working out just as I had dreamed! So I thought…
A year into my dream job I was depressed, anxious and my “amazing” relationship was not so amazing. I began applying to other jobs and moved to Raleigh, NC to be a Pharmaceutical Recruiter. I was planning my dream wedding while behind the scenes, my relationship was crumbling. Then, COVID-19 hit and we moved our wedding up. Weeks before our new wedding date, I discovered that what I thought were just “college habits” my fiancĂ© was struggling with were much more serious. I broke off our engagement, moved back home and entered into the most difficult season of my life. It was in this season of utter heat-break that God miraculously rescued me. For the first time in my life, I had come to the end of myself. I realized my brokenness and saw my need for a Savior. My perception of God shifted and I began to see a loving Father who wanted to redeem me and give me a purposeful life! It was a love powerful enough to lay my life down and that’s exactly what I did. June 18, 2020 my beautiful friend and sister in Christ, Kendal baptized me in her mother-in-law’s pool. Truly, nothing has been the same since. I became a new creation and was given a new heart. Praise God! Ever since, I have fallen more and more in love with Jesus! My passion in life is to share about Jesus Christ and what He has done for me.

April 15, 2022 I became a wife to my husband, Brock. Talk about redemption! After ending my engagement, I was convinced I was damaged goods and would never find a man who loves Jesus. God heard every single one of my prayers and blessed me immeasurably! Being Brock’s wife is my greatest title and joy! Together, we live in a quaint townhouse in Burlington, NC with our sweet golden retriever, Honey.
Holistic

In 2021, I began working with a FNTP in desperation to find a solution for over a decade of stomach problems. I learned about eating nutrient dense foods, cutting out seed oils, nourishing my gut, the importance of ingredients and cutting out toxins. Jesus redeemed everything I thought about health and I became passionate about fueling my body properly and supporting my immune system. This lead to a lot of research about a more holistic lifestyle and the benefits to it as opposed to traditional medicine.
I came to the conclusion that more of a homeopathic approach to medicine was best for stewarding my body. 1 Corinthians 6:19 says, “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?” Now, I am passionate about sharing what I’ve learned with other women. After all, we cannot live out the purpose God has for our lives if we do not take care of our bodies.
